📦 Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at UrbanBullet.
This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how we process, ship, and handle returns for your orders.

By placing an order on urbanbullet.in, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing Time

We prepare and print items after an order is placed (Print-on-Demand).

⏳ Processing Time:

  • 2–4 business days for all POD items (T-shirts, mugs, caps, print items).
  • 1–2 business days for spices and ready-made items.

Processing time may increase during holidays or high-order seasons.

2. Shipping & Delivery

🚚 Estimated Delivery Time:

  • 5–14 business days across India, depending on your location.
  • Remote areas may require additional time.

📦 Tracking:
A tracking link will be shared via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

⚠️ Delays Beyond Our Control:
UrbanBullet is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier strikes
  • Logistics issues
  • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
Rates may vary by product type and delivery location.

4. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

We accept returns only for the following conditions:

✔ Eligible for Return/Replacement

  • Damaged items
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong product received

📸 Important:
You must submit photo or video proof within 48 hours of delivery.

❌ Not Eligible for Return

Due to the nature of our products, these items cannot be returned:

  • Print-on-Demand items (T-shirts, mugs, caps, custom prints)
  • Customized products
  • Consumables (spices, edible items) once opened
  • Worn or used clothing

🔄 Replacement Policy

If approved, we will:

  • Reprint and send a replacement item free of cost,
    OR
  • Issue store credit of equal value

Refunds to bank/UPI are provided only when a replacement is not possible.

5. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.

After printing/processing begins, cancellation is not possible.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Returned Packages

UrbanBullet is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received
  • Wrong addresses provided by customers
  • Courier mis-scans

If a package is returned to us due to a wrong address, we can reship it at the buyer’s expense.

7. Payments & Razorpay

All payments are processed securely using Razorpay.

  • We do not store card, UPI, or banking information
  • Razorpay follows PCI-DSS and industry-standard security
  • Refunds (if approved) are processed through Razorpay and may take 5–7 business days
