UrbanBullet (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates this website to provide Print-on-Demand products, apparel, custom merchandise, spices, and related items.
By using our website or placing an order, you accept these Terms.
2. Eligibility
To make a purchase on UrbanBullet:
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must provide accurate account, billing, and shipping information
3. Products
- Product images are for representation; actual product colours may vary slightly.
- Print-on-Demand items are made individually after order placement.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
4. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets).
- In case of payment failure, UrbanBullet is not responsible for bank charges or delays.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Processing time ranges from 2–4 business days for POD items.
- Delivery time is typically 5–14 business days depending on destination.
- Courier delays due to weather, strikes, or logistical issues are beyond our control.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Returns are accepted only for:
- Damaged items
- Wrong item received
- Manufacturing defects
Consumable items (spices), customized products, and worn clothing cannot be returned.
Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
After production begins, cancellation is not possible.
8. User Responsibilities
By using UrbanBullet, you agree to:
- Provide truthful information
- Not misuse the website
- Not copy, resell, or misuse our designs or content
9. Intellectual Property
All logos, graphics, designs, and content on UrbanBullet are owned by us.
You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
UrbanBullet shall not be liable for:
- Delays from shipping providers
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Losses from website misuse
- External payment gateway delays
