As a print-on-demand (POD) ecommerce brand, all products are made specifically after an order is placed. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
- Print-On-Demand Nature
UrbanBullet products are manufactured on-demand after successful order placement. Because of this customized production process:
- Orders cannot always be modified or canceled once production begins.
- Slight variations in print placement, colors, fabric texture, or design size may occur.
These variations are considered normal and are not treated as defects.
- Order Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation only before the order enters production.
Once production has started:
- Cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- Customized or personalized products cannot be canceled.
UrbanBullet reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests depending on production status.
- Return Eligibility
Returns may only be accepted under the following conditions:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
- Manufacturing defect
- Incorrect size sent by us
- Printing error caused during production
To request a return:
- Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos/videos of the issue must be provided.
- Original packaging should be retained whenever possible.
- Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted for:
- Incorrect size selected by customer
- Customer change of mind
- Minor color variation from screen display
- Delayed delivery caused by courier partners
- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
- Products damaged after use or washing
- Customized or personalized products unless defective

Approved refunds will be processed only after verification of the issue.
Refunds may be issued through:
